Their audiences are quite diverse: a team of over 500 Mortgage Specialists that must be kept up to date on products, rates and lenders; Organizations that arrange special mortgage packages for their members and/or employees; Realtors that earn rewards by referring clients to Home Loans Canada; and the general public, who need enough information to choose the appropriate mortgage for their particular need.

In addition, it was critical that HLC have the ability to update their sites, and create new mini sites, on their own due to the wealth of products that HLC offers, and the industry imperative to offer continuously-updated and accurate product information.

The result of HLC and Swerve's collaboration is a family of more than 100 sites, featuring a range of tools from mortgage calculators to applications - each updatable by HLC's internal staff with only a minimum of training.
